The nearest Police station is Wynberg Police Station (021 799 1300) and the area gets watched by Plumstead neighbourhood watch to make sure all is safe. The closest train station is Wittebome with lines that lead to Cape Town and to Simons town.  

Bus stops are located along the main road in both directions and can be identified by this blue sign with a white bus on it. These can be found down the main road at an average of a 750m interval between stops. Buses travel from 6am till 11pm with a bus leaving every 10 - 15 minutes during peak hours (5am-7am & 3pm-5pm) and 20 minutes during the day. There are 2 bus terminus' in Wynberg, the one goes to town and the other goes to the southern suburbs (Parkwood, Grassypark). They are both located behind Maynard mall. The one is on station road and the other can be found on the right of  Broad road.
